Kidd’s Creek Condominium is located at 28 Donald Street, Barrie, just west of Eccles Street and north of Dunlop Street in the heart of the West Village, one of Barrie’s Historic Neighbourhoods.
Adjoining our property is Donald Park. Kidd’s Creek, which was supposedly named after the infamous Captain Kidd, flows through our property and the adjacent city park.
We are a 15-minute walk from either downtown of Barrie or Centennial Beach Park on Kempenfelt Bay.
Almost next door is a plaza with many stores including a No Frills grocery store, a Shopper’s Drug Mart, Value Village, and a number of other small stores.
Ever since construction in the mid 1970’s, the condominium corporation has maintained the buildings and grounds. Even so, we have one of the llowest monthly condominium fees in Barrie. Our monthly feesinclude cable and internet services from Rogers Cable systems. (Satellite dishes are not permitted)
Our complex has a one-way street, internal courtyard with a children’s playground and is a safe and quiet community with a mix of family types and ages.
The condominium corporation is governed by a five-person board of directors and managed by Bayshore Property Management.
