Maintenance Requests
Requests for maintenance at your unit should be entered on the Bayshore Work Order Request Form. They are checked frequently and put into Bayshore’s work order process.
Alternatively you may make a request in writing which should be either emailed to the property manager or placed in the mail box of a director. Verbal requests to directors or the property manager are not acceptable…although they may make you feel better, but if you want the job done, put them in writing.
