You are required to have insurance on your unit. Please consult your insurance agent and request condominium homeowner’s insurance package.Kidd’s Creek Condominium is located at 28 Donald Street, Barrie, just west of Eccles Street and north of Dunlop Street in the heart of “West Village,” one of Barrie’s Historic Neighbourhoods.
Your condominium corporation insures the overall building and the “Standard Unit By-law” (By-Law #9 in the Declaration) covers the extent of repairs the condominium will make in the event of a major fire or other catastrophe.
Should damage occur to another adjoining unit as a result of negligence on your part, then the condominium’s deductible may be assessed to you.
